Depending on the size of the order, shipments may arrive in pallets, requiring a forklift ordelivery dock to unload, or orders may be shipped in small parcels. The product detailspecifies the estimated shipment size. We do not guarantee delivery within a certaintimeframe. By placing an order from Amazon Pallet Store, you accept that shipmenttimeline and delivery date are at Amazon Pallet Store's discretion.

When part or all of your order ships, you receive an updated expected delivery date andtracking information via email. Not all items in your order may ship together. However, weaim to deliver to you in the fewest shipments possible.
